Last updated September 30, 2026. Plain-language pilot terms. Neruva is run by Kyle Clouthier, doing business as Clouthier Simulation Labs, a sole proprietorship in Petawawa, Ontario, Canada.

What Neruva does

Neruva publishes business profiles that people and AI assistants can read, lets owners claim and correct them, and passes consultation requests to businesses that turn booking on. We are not a party to any meeting or deal. Each business is responsible for its services, prices, availability and replies.

Profiles

• Unclaimed profiles are built from the company's own public website and are labelled as unclaimed, with the source of each fact. They can contain mistakes until the owner reviews them.
• Only someone who controls the company's domain can claim a profile. Don't claim a business you don't represent.
• After claiming, you are responsible for keeping what you publish accurate.
• A business can have its unclaimed profile removed by writing to us from its company domain.

For businesses

• Claiming and editing your profile is free. Consultation booking is free during the pilot. If you keep using it after the pilot, we'll tell you the price first.
• You can turn booking off or disconnect your calendar at any time.
• No payments are taken through Neruva.

For people and AI assistants

• Only send a consultation request the person has confirmed. Assistants must set customer_confirmed only after a clear yes.
• Give accurate contact details. Fake, automated or abusive requests may be blocked.
• A meeting is between you and the business. Changes and cancellations go to the business.

No guarantees

Neruva is provided as is, during a pilot. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be available at every moment, that every request will reach a business, or that it will bring a business more customers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what the business paid us in the previous three months.
