What is a Neruva profile?
One record of your business: what you do, the services you sell, the industries and customers you serve, where you work, how pricing and buying work, and how to reach you. People see it as a page. AI assistants read the same facts as data.
Why does my business already have one?
We build unclaimed profiles from each company's own public website, so there's something real to look at before you decide anything. They are marked Unclaimed, every fact links to the page it came from, and nothing is added that your website doesn't say. We follow your site's robots.txt. See how we source profiles.
How do I claim it?
Open your profile and choose Claim. Enter your work email at your company's domain and type the 6-digit code we send. That takes about a minute. If you'd rather, whoever runs your website can add a short code to your domain instead. Either way you get a private link to edit your profile, and you can get a fresh one any time at owner sign-in.
What can I change?
Everything except the domain. Correct what's wrong, fill in what's missing (pricing, typical projects, ideal customers, common questions) and tick what's already right. What you save shows as Confirmed by owner, with the date.
How does booking work?
Share your Google Calendar with our booking service, pick a length and a few questions to ask first. Buyers, or their assistants once the buyer says yes, see your free times and book a consultation straight into your calendar. We only see whether a time is free or busy, never what's in it. You can turn booking off at any time.
What does it cost?
Claiming and keeping your profile correct is free. Consultation booking is free during the pilot. A monthly plan comes after that, and we'll tell you the price before anything costs money.
Can I have my profile removed?
Yes. Email hello@neruva.io from an address at your company's domain and we'll remove an unclaimed profile within two business days.
Is my company missing?
